Chris has a unique military background having served primarily as an Army Officer and an AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter Pilot which he flew on three operational combat tours of duty in Afghanistan. He also spent a significant period in other roles, completed a number of specialist and arduous courses and flew a number of other aircraft types. He considers it an enormous privilege to have served his country both in Regular and Reserve Service capacity for over 23 years.
His passion for motorsport lead him to fulfill a lifelong dream of starting his own business, V-FORCE, in which the coolest and most enjoyable skills from his military service are combined with motorsport and extreme sports to give the most enjoyable and rewarding experience available anywhere.
He is a BARS Rally Instructor and an ARDS Racing Instructor and competes in both disciplines. He is an SIA Close Protection and Surveillance Operator.
Director of Operations and Marketing
Extremely organised and blessed with a huge mental capacity for multi-tasking, Clare has significant management experience from more than 24 years of working within the Technology, Energy, Finance and Insurance industries as an IT Consultant.
Clare is a true petrolhead, she loves cars, rides motorbikes and holds both Race and Rally competition licences.
Service crew Chief Head Engineer
Rich is a highly experienced and talented engineer and motorsport mechanic with over 30 years of military service as an aircraft engineer in the RAF. Alongside his regular military career he has worked in many disciplines of motorsport, a substantial amount of which has been as the Crew Chief/Head Engineer. He oversees the building, preparing and running of the V-FORCE fleet of vehicles and manages the service crew, equipment and logistics and is a huge asset to the team.
James started Karting from 11 years old until 16 then after a few years of saving moved up to cars. James is currently racing in the Hyundai Coupe Cup consistently finishing in the top 4 with several fastest laps and podiums. James gained his ARDS Instuctor licence in 2016 and regularly instructs at Thruxton Circuit in Hampshire. James has instructed and judged on Ocado’s driver of the year awards aswell as working for manufacturers such as Toyota, BMW and Ferrari.

Cameron Davies is a Rally Driver from Llandovery, Wales. He started his Rallying career at the age of 14, where he won the 2009 and 2010 F1000 British Junior Rally Championship. In 2011 he became the youngest driver ever to be backed by a works team, Chevrolet. Following his successful period during the F1000, he later went on to win the BTRDA Rally First championship in 2012.
He has raced with great success in Sports 2000 and is an experienced ARDS racing instructor, having worked for a number of race schools and car manufacturers. He is a highly talented rally driver, BARS rally instructor and stunt driver.
