We currently operate out of two venues, Thruxton Race Circuit and Walters Arena:
Walters Arena, A4109, Inter-Valley Rd, Neath SA10 9LR (Sat nav users – use postcode SA11 5TU). Walters is readily accessible from the M4 (1.5 hours from Bristol / 2.5 hours from Birmingham) From the M4 Jct 32 Coryton, take the A470 up to Merthyr Tydfil and then take the Heads of the Valleys Rd/A465 to A4109 in Glynneath. Take the A4109 exit from A465. Continue up the hill and at the top there is Site Entrance on the left. Enter the site and follow signs to the Sub Station.
Thruxton Circuit, Hampshire (Sat nav users – use postcode SP11 8PN). Thruxton is readily accessible from both the M3 and M4 (1.5 hours from London / 2.5 hours from Birmingham) Once on the A303 follow the signs for Thruxton Circuit ONLY; ignore signs for Thruxton village. Upon leaving the A303 follow signs for Thruxton Circuit.

WHAT DO I WEAR ON THE DAY?
Attendees should wear ordinary clothes i.e shirt or t-shirt, jeans or cargo trousers and practical footwear. The majority of the lessons are conducted outside therefore it is also advised that a light-weight waterproof jacket is worth bringing in case of inclement weather. Shorts and high heels are not permitted and heavy or wide soled shoes are not recommended. Sunglasses may be helpful if it’s sunny.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING ON THE DAY?
Participants are required to bring their driving license; for insurance purposes we cannot allow individuals to conduct driving serials without proof of a driving qualification. Documents must be original documents, we cannot accept copies, and must be in a legible state.
CAN I BRING SPECTATORS?
Our event is designed for a high level of participation with limited spectator view points, so we do not actively encourage large groups of spectators. However, spectators are welcome to come along and watch the action from the viewing areas.
WILL THE DAY STILL RUN IN BAD WEATHER?
Yes! Our events run throughout the year and in all weather conditions. Hospitality areas provide warm, dry shelter. Only in the most extreme weather conditions will events be unable to run in which case they will be postponed to another suitable date.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY EVENT?
You should aim to arrive at 08:15 for morning training events and 12:45 for afternoon training events.
WHAT IF I EXCEED THE HEIGHT AND WEIGHT GUIDELINES?
We try our very best to accommodate guests outside of our height (5′- 6′ 4″ (153 cm – 193 cm)) and weight (under 18 Stone (115 KG)) restrictions however please contact us if you fall outside of these figures, to discuss.
WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION OR I’M PREGNANT?
If you have any concerns about a previous or existing health or medical condition that may affect your driving, or if you are pregnant, please contact the V-FORCE Training Events Team on 0118 950 5280 to discuss.
WHAT FOOD AND DRINK IS AVAILABLE ON THE DAY?
Tea, coffee and refreshments are available in our trackside hospitality areas and training classrooms throughout the day. Cafe and restaurant facilities are available at both venues, therefore food can be purchased.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CAMERA?
We actively encourage participants to take photo’s of the day! Please note however, that due to safety requirements you will be unable to use your camera or video camera during any in-car manoeuvres.
WHAT WE’RE DOING ABOUT COVID-19
We are following the latest government guidelines to ensure the safety of all our guest and staff. Hand sanitisers will be provided, our vehicles and host areas will be regularly cleaned with hospital grade sanitiser and we will encourage everyone to wash their hands regularly. Face masks will be worn in the car by both Instructors and Participants, until further notice.
