Accomplished IT Consultant for more than twenty-six years with the last twenty-two years in Senior Management positions. Managed enterprise level implementations of multiple major systems and applications, digital and infrastructure projects in excess of £10 million. Extremely organised and blessed with a huge mental capacity for multi-tasking. Clare is a huge petrol head with a life long passion for motorsport. She competed in the 2016/17/18 Rally seasons as a rally navigator/co-driver and holds both ARDS Racing and BARS Rally licences.

James is a Filmmaker and Photographer who produces authentic, adventurous stories. He has the ability to film and work in the most hostile of conditions. With 14 years service in the military, conducting various roles and operations around the world, he now focuses on creating engaging visual stories through filmmaking and photography. James likes to approach projects with an open mind and an ability to think differently. Working with an ambition to stand out and create narratives that have real meaning to people.

Alfie Marsh is a Scottish based Camera Operator/Editor working in Scotland and Internationally. He specialises in Sports, Music, Weddings, Promotional and Documentation film making. Having worked in a diverse range of situations he prides himself with the ability to always see new ways of capturing content by getting in difficult spaces with his camera and conveying a story through the eye of my camera. Alfie has been working on the V-FORCE Training’s social media platforms and shooting our Evasive Driving Training movie.

Jamie Anderson Instructor


Chief Operations Officer and Specialist Training Instructor. Owner of Flight Beyond Sight

Jamie is a very experienced helicopter instructor and trainer. He started his career in the Army, working along-side Chris on the Apache, and subsequently transferred to the RAF. In his 22 year career he has completed various operational and training tours worldwide and instructed on many aircraft types. His key focus at the moment is basic airborne instruction and courseware development.

British Army veteran turned award-winning athlete and entrepreneur, Darren’s career is truly inspirational. After his illustrious career in the forces came to an abrupt end, he learnt the power of mental resilience to recover, and succeed at the Warrior Games and develop his own entrepreneurial venture as an expert in post traumatic growth. Darren recently beat three world records; the furthest a car has been pulled in 24 hours, the record for the furthest length a car has been pulled ever, and the fastest marathon while towing a car. Darren works alongside the V-FORCE Team to deliver intensive Physical Training and endurance activities.

Tom is a commercial airline pilot having left the RAF in 2019. He met Chris whilst training on the Puma, a front line helicopter, used in operations across the globe. Tom finished his career as an Instructor on the Puma, where he trained new and experienced helicopter pilots before progressing onto their Squadrons. Tom is a keen adventure sports enthusiast who enjoys spending his time in the mountains. 

Lee Cunningham


Qualified ARDS Racing Driver Grade ‘A’ Instructor, Precision/Stunt & Display Driving Instructor

Lee has been racing since 1989 in circuit motor sport including Karting, Saloon, Sports, GT, Prototype & Single Seater Cars. Winner of the Lamborghini Super trophy GTR/G Championship in 2001. Lee has taken part in selective rounds of FIA GT Championship in 2001/2 (Lamborghini GT1/GT2), Czech GT Championship 2008 (Pagani Zonda GT1), Lamborghini Super Trofeo Championship 2011/12 (Lamborghini Gallardo GT3). Atom Cup Sport Car Sprint Champion in 2015. Race/Test/Development Driver for Reiter Engineering Works Lamborghini Race Team (Murcielago R/GT, Diablo GT1, GT2, Super trophy Race Cars). Chief Race/Test/Development Driver for Edginton Racing single-seater race team (F3000, F3, Formula Renault, Mono Formula 4). Started 208 Races – Registered a finish in 184 races.

Steven Wells Instructor


Qualified ARDS Racing Instructor

Steven is 23 and from Namibia. He comes from circuit racing and started at the age of 11. He spent 5 years karting in South Africa. 2016 he moved to England to race in Ginettas. After two years he moved onto Endurance racing in GT4 cars. Some of his career highlights are Pole position in Dubai 24hr and Portimao 24hr. With a win at Barcelona 24hr, a 2nd and 3rd at Dubai 24hr and 2nd at Portimao 24hr. He works full time coaching on race tracks trying to get the most out of his clients and teaching car control in front and rear wheel drive cars. Having grown up in Namibia he knows a bit about driving on gravel.

Qualified BARS Rally and ARDS Racing Instructor. Precision/Stunt & Display Driving Instructor, British Junior Rally Champion

Cameron Davies is a Rally Driver from Llandovery, Wales. He started his Rallying career at the age of 14, where he won the 2009 and 2010 F1000 British Junior Rally Championship. In 2011 he became the youngest driver ever to be backed by a works team, Chevrolet.  Following his successful period during the F1000, he later went on to win the BTRDA Rally First championship in 2012. He has raced with great success in Sports 2000 and is an experienced ARDS racing instructor, having worked for a number of race schools and car manufacturers. He is a highly talented rally driver, BARS rally instructor and stunt driver.

Phil Hall World Rally Championship Co-driver


World Rally Championship Co-driver

Formerly serving full time in the RAF, and now a Reservist, Phil Hall competes around the globe as a co-driver in the World Rally Championship. He has experience of some of the toughest roads across 6 continents, from the Arctic to the Outback. The current RAF Rally Champion is known for his navigation expertise, but has also driven rally cars and race cars competitively on tarmac, dirt, and ice. Bringing his wealth of experience from working with top level teams and drivers, Phil is excited to be a part of the V-FORCE team.

Andy Holborn ARDS Instructor


Qualified ARDS Racing Instructor

Serving full time in the RAF with 21+ years of military background as an Aircraft Engineer. Civilian First Aid qualified and ARDS Instructor. Andy began racing in 2016 after meeting Chris and Rich through work. Andy built his first race car during 2015 and is still competing in UK events at Club level.

James Goodwin ARDS Instructor


Qualified ARDS Racing Instructor

James started Karting from 11 years old until 16 then after a few years of saving moved up to cars. James is currently racing in the Hyundai Coupe Cup consistently finishing in the top 4 with several fastest laps and podiums. James gained his ARDS Instructor licence in 2016 and regularly instructs at Thruxton Circuit in Hampshire. James has instructed and judged on Ocado’s driver of the year awards aswell as working for manufacturers such as Toyota, BMW and Ferrari.

Ben Cross Instructor


AHASS Accredited Instructor

Despite being only 22 years old, Ben has a wealth of motorsport experience. Starting off in the Formula 1000 Junior Rally Championship at 14, he has gone on to compete in a number of tarmac stage rallies, hillclimbs, sprints and autotests in a wide variety of vehicles. As well as this, he has instructed at track days and hillclimb schools since gaining his AHASS instructors licence in 2016.

Ollie Neece Instructor


Vehicle Gunnery Instructor and Team Medic

Ollie is a man of many personas. Having served over 12 years as a Helicopter Loadmaster in the Royal Air Force where he completed numerous operational tours in the Middle-East, Ollie left the Service as a lead Air Gunnery Instructor on the CH-47 Chinook helicopter in charge of multiple weapon systems including the M134 Minigun and M60 machine gun. He is also a qualified Paramedic and currently works as a Winchman on the UK Coastguard Search and Rescue helicopters. Outside of his day-job Ollie has a passion for everything motorsport related, is a keen motorcyclist and adventurer, and has previously covered motorcycle expeditions as the Team Medic. He regularly teaches in a multitude of roles, normally medical, and has been part of the V-FORCE team since 2020.

Andy Seaton Vehicle Gunnery Instructor

Andy has served with the RAF for 18 years as a Helicopter Load Master on both Merlin and Chinook. In 2008 he qualified as an Air to Ground Gunnery Instructor. With multiple operational detachments to worldwide locations he has amassed a wealth of experience on the GPMG, M60 machine gun and M134 Minigun. From his significant expertise as a Gunnery Instructor and a petrol head from birth, he has been involved with motorsport from a young age, initially building track cars until he started racing in 2011. A love of dirt bikes and adventure has seen him change 4 wheels for 2 and he now competes in Rally Raid events.

Rich served for 18 years in the RAF as a Merlin and Chinook Air Load Master. Qualifying as an Air to Ground Gunnery Instructor in 2008, he specialised in that role for the remainder of his career. Accruing over 4000hrs, he served in both Iraq and Afghanistan and has extensive experience on GPMG, M60 machine gun and M134 Minigun.  Aside from his significant expertise in gunnery instruction he’s an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys travelling the world, and getting out on the local green lanes.

Rich Marshall Chief Engineer Crew Chief/Head Engineer


Service Crew Chief Head Engineer

Rich is a highly experienced and talented engineer and motorsport mechanic with over 30 years of military service as an aircraft engineer in the RAF. Alongside his regular military career he has worked in many disciplines of motorsport, a substantial amount of which has been as the Crew Chief/Head Engineer. He oversees the building, preparing and running of the V-FORCE fleet of vehicles and manages the service crew, equipment and logistics.

Service Crew Engineer

Jon is a very experienced vehicle mechanic, working within the Jaguar Land Rover Apprenticeship programme. Jon is an experienced Jaguar Land Rover and Volkswagen service and diagnostics technician. Jon competes in School boy Motocross British champs, Enduro British champs and has competed in a couple of world rounds. Enduro sidecar British champs. He is a farm and motorcycle Mechanic. Jon is a Mixed Martial Arts MMA professional and competes regularly.
